When you email your client list with your Rate Watch link, your email MUST include the disclosures below. This protects you, your brokerage, and the program.
Heads up: Your emails reference mortgage rates, so they must comply with CAN-SPAM, CA Bus. & Prof. Code §10140, and NMLS advertising rules. Copy the footer block below into every email.

- Your name as shown on your DRE license
- Your DRE license number (e.g., DRE #01234567)
- Your brokerage name and its DRE number

- Equal Housing Opportunity statement
- Physical mailing address (CAN-SPAM requirement)
